Account and credits

Signing up, how credits are charged and refunded, topping up, and where to find your past results.

Updated 2026-10-21

Signing up

Register with your email address, or continue with Google. New accounts receive 25 credits to try the tools.

How credits are charged

  • Every tool shows its price next to the button that starts it. Clicking the button starts the run and charges the credits straight away. There is no second confirmation.
  • If your balance is too low, the tool stops before anything runs and points you to top up.
  • If a run fails and you get no result, the credits are refunded automatically. The refund shows up under Transactions.
  • If the connection drops while a tool is running, refresh the page before trying again. A run that was charged but never finished is refunded automatically.
  • Credits never expire.

A few tools have their own rules. Each tool's page explains them under "Cost".

Topping up

Buy a credit package on the pricing page. Larger packages include bonus credits. You can also get there from your avatar menu: Recharge Credits.

Finding your results

  • Run history (avatar menu): successful runs of tools such as the patentability assessment, TRIZ, R&D roadmap, FTO, design-around and AI check are saved to your account. Open one to read it again or download it, or delete it at any time. Drafting and disclosure organizing are not saved there: a drafting disclosure and its draft sit in a temporary cache for up to 24 hours, so download your result before you leave the page.
  • Transactions (avatar menu): every charge and refund, with the tool and the time.
  • My shares (avatar menu): results you have shared by link.
  • Most tools let you download the result as Word or PDF. Each tool's page lists what you can download.
